Our house was built in 1747. In your luxury room, you can see the wooden beams from that era at the ceiling. Imagine the clothes the people were wearing who placed those beams there. What was there world like? One of our favourite museums is the Maritime Museum with a replica of an East Indiaman. Our house was built at the same time. Come and sense the spirit of history.
